Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using refyr (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — see Section 12.

2. What the Service is

refyr is a directory of third-party affiliate programs, with search, filtering, an AI-assisted niche matcher, an application tracker, and bookmarks. refyr is not itself an affiliate network or a party to any agreement between you and a program listed on the Service. We don’t process applications on your behalf, approve or reject you for any program, or handle payouts owed to you by a program — all of that happens directly between you and the program in question.

3. Accounts

You sign in via Google OAuth. You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your refyr account. Tell us promptly (see Section 13) if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and billing

refyr offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan sold as a one-time purchase through Stripe. Paying for Pro grants lifetime access to Pro features on that account — there is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to cancel. We don’t currently store your card details ourselves; that’s handled entirely by Stripe.

We may change the one-time Pro price for new purchases going forward; the price you already paid is not affected.

5. Refunds

Lifetime / one-time Pro purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Accuracy of listed program data

Program details shown on refyr — commission rate and type, cookie duration, payout threshold, accepted payment methods, and application links — are sourced from each program’s own public partner pages or established affiliate network listings, and reviewed by our team. An automated job periodically re-checks that a program’s application link is still reachable, and flags it stale or dead when it isn’t — but that check does not re-confirm commission rates, cookie windows, or payout terms, which can change on the merchant’s side at any time without notice to us.

refyr makes no guarantee that any listed program’s terms are current, that you’ll be accepted into any program, or that any program will pay out as described. Always verify current terms directly on the program’s own application page before relying on them. See About for more on how listings are sourced and verified.

7. The AI matcher

The niche-matching feature generates rankings and explanations using an AI model based on the text you provide. It is a research aid, not financial or business advice, and not a guarantee of fit, approval, or earnings. Don’t submit anything in the match query that you consider confidential.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically reproduce refyr’s directory to build a competing product;
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or Pro-only program visibility through automated or technical means;
• Use the Service to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive applications to any listed program;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its underlying data without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The refyr name, design, and the compiled directory (as a curated, edited dataset — not the underlying facts about any individual program) are owned by refyr. Trademarks and program names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, refyr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on listed program data, or your dealings with any third-party program — including lost income, lost applications, or a program failing to pay out as expected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Privacy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or the law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
